Deepika Padukone Turns Down Rs 4 Crore Offer To Dance At Private Party

Bollywood sizzling beauty Deepika Padukone has turned down Rs 4 crore for a private dance in London. The offer was to perform her "Dum Maaro Dum" item number for a weathly Punjabi family at an upscale club.
A source said, "It was supposed to be a private party with family members and friends only. Since Deepika Padukone is sporting an extremely sexy look in the song, they wanted her to wear skimpy shorts and perform the same moves".

Another source from London revealed: "The 'Dum Maaro Dum' song has been playing in night clubs. The family who made the offer is extremely rich and wealthy and from Knightsbridge. They were ready to pay her a bomb just for one song. The actress initially thought it was a joke, but when the proposal came in form of a letter with the amount cited, she was shocked. She has had many such offers in the past, but has always refused them".
The family was totally disappointed because they had already booked the club and tried to recreate the entire visual appeal of the song.
A source close to Deepika confirmed, "The offer was made to her. But she has made it very clear that private parties are not her scene. She would not do it for any amount".
Deepika has been shooting for "Desi Boyz" in London for the past three months.
